FIR Filed Against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and Wife Anamika

An FIR has been registered against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey from Godda, Jharkhand and his wife Anamika Gautam. This is the 47th case against the Dubey family. The registration of another FIR against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and his wife has caused a stir in Jharkhand politics. The BJP has called it political vendetta.

Regarding this, BJP state president Babulal Marandi has appealed to Chief Minister Hemant Soren. He has said that he (Hemant Soren) should take cognizance of this episode and stop the "misuse" being done by the officials.

BJP leader Babulal Marandi released a post on social media and questioned the Chief Minister whether politics has now come to such a level where even the families of leaders are being targeted? He wrote that competition has its place in politics, but dragging the supporters of leaders or especially women into it is against political purity.

Describing this matter as a one-sided action, Marandi said that it is possible that the Chief Minister is not fully aware of it and some ambitious officers are doing this for their personal interest. He said, "It has been heard that the 47th case has been registered against the wife of MP Nishikant Dubey. It is possible that all this has happened without your knowledge and is the handiwork of some of your ambitious officers.

Babulal Marandi urged the Chief Minister

He further wrote, "I urge you to stay away from officers. These officers are damaging your image by dragging you into unnecessary controversies. Political fight should be direct, targeting families and allies/supporters is not a sign of a healthy democracy. Hope you will take cognizance of this matter and ensure that power is not misused for political revenge.
