Digital desk
Russia’s Defence Ministry said its forces struck fuel-storage facilities at Ukrainian Black Sea ports during overnight attacks.
Moscow claimed facilities in Odesa, Chornomorsk, Biliari and Novi Biliari were being used to support Ukraine’s military. The ministry did not immediately provide independently verifiable evidence.
There was no immediate detailed response from Ukrainian authorities confirming the extent of the damage. The Russian claim should therefore be attributed to Moscow and not presented as an independently established account
