Per-person production increased from 1534 kg to 2542 kg per month, reflecting a 166% growth in productivity. Per-person profit also increased by 164%, while PAT margins grew by 30%.

These results effectively doubled the company’s operational efficiency and strengthened its financial performance through better process execution and optimized resource utilization.

The transformation also enabled the company to focus on long-term business expansion. Lokhande Industries is now preparing to diversify into end-to-end toys manufacturing to enter a more scalable and higher-value production segment.
