Per-person production increased from 1534 kg to 2542 kg per month, reflecting a 166% growth in productivity. Per-person profit also increased by 164%, while PAT margins grew by 30%.

The transformation also enabled the company to focus on long-term business expansion. Lokhande Industries is now preparing to diversify into end-to-end toys manufacturing to enter a more scalable and higher-value production segment.
