Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree with minimum 60% aggregate marks in the following disciplines-

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

  • Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETC)

  • Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (E&I)

  • Electronics Engineering

  • Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Computer Science Engineering (CSE)

  • Information Technology (IT)

  • Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirement: One year of post-qualification experience is mandatory, which can include apprenticeship in production, operations, repair, maintenance, or marketing of electronics, electrical, or control equipment.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on August 31, 2025. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers an attractive progressive salary structure:

  • 1st Year: Rs.25,000 per month

  • 2nd Year: Rs.28,000 per month

  • 3rd & 4th Years: Rs.31,000 per month

Additional benefits include medical insurance, provident fund (PF), travel allowance/dearness allowance (TA/DA), and paid leave as per company rules.

Selection Process

The recruitment follows a merit-based selection process without written examination:

  1. Shortlisting: Based on B.E./B.Tech aggregate percentage in 1:4 ratio category-wise

  2. Document Verification: At ECIL headquarters in Hyderabad

  3. Personal Interview: Final selection stage

Merit Calculation:

  • Qualification marks: 20% weightage

  • Work experience: Up to 30 marks (10 marks for first year, 10 for each additional year)

Personal interview: 50 marks
