UP BEd 2025 Counseling: Key Documents You Must Carry

After the release of UP BEd Entrance Exam 2025 result on June 16, now the candidates are waiting for the release of the counseling schedule so that they can get admission in B.Ed course as soon as possible. According to reports, UP BEd Counseling Date 2025 can be announced soon by Bundelkhand University Jhansi (BU Jhansi). The counseling schedule will be available on the official website bujhansi.ac.in in PDF format. After this, candidates will be able to participate in counseling keeping in mind the date.
To participate in UP B.Ed counseling, candidates have to upload documents and show all the documents to the institute at the time of reporting. In such a situation, the candidates should prepare all the necessary documents from now so that there is no problem at the time of counseling. Following are some important documents-
UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Scorecard
Counselling Call Letter/Rank Card
All educational certificates including mark sheets and certificates of high school, intermediate and graduation.
Character Certificate (School or College).
- Residence Certificate
- Passport size photo
- Identity card (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or any other government ID)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Counselling Fee
To participate in UP B.Ed Counselling, one has to register first. To register, students have to deposit Rs 750. After this, a fee of Rs 5,000 will have to be deposited for seat acceptance. After the seat is allotted, the student will have to go to the allotted institute and complete other processes. Along with this, admission has to be obtained by depositing the prescribed fee.

Counselling for admission in B.Ed course will be completed in three phases. In Phase 1, students securing rank from 1 to 75000 will be given admission. After this, in Phase 2, candidates securing ranks from 75001 onwards (END + LEFT OVER) will have to take admission by participating in counselling. After this, in Round 2, students are given admission on vacant seats through pool counselling. After this, direct admission will be given by colleges/institutions on the remaining seats in Round 3.
