Former PM Khanal's wife Rajlakshmi Chitrakar suffered severe burns in the fire and later died in the hospital. At the same time, Sher Bahadur Deuba was beaten up by the protesters inside his house and Finance Minister Vishnu Paudel was chased and beaten in public.
