The exhibition uses art to portray the country's development journey while looking ahead to its future aspirations. It brings together themes of progress, national development and India's cultural identity.

Seyn described the work as a visual exploration of India's journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.

The artwork provides a creative interpretation of the transformation India is seeking over the next two decades, while placing the country's heritage at the centre of its development narrative.

The initiative also highlights the role of the Indian diaspora in promoting India's cultural identity and development vision abroad.

Artist to Present His Vision

Seyn is scheduled to share his artistic vision with visitors at the Consulate General of India in Houston on August 15.

He will speak about the creative process behind the painting and explain his interpretation of India's journey towards the Viksit Bharat 2047 goal.

The presentation is scheduled to take place following the flag-hoisting ceremony at the Indian Consulate as part of the Independence Day celebrations.

Diaspora Connection

The Houston exhibition also reflects the wider role of the Indian diaspora in commemorating national milestones.

Through cultural programmes, art and community initiatives, Indian-origin communities abroad continue to celebrate India's history while engaging with its future development goals.

As India marks 80 years of Independence, the ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ exposition offers an artistic perspective on the country's journey from Independence to its long-term ambition of becoming a developed nation.
