The video was reportedly first circulated by Iran's Tasnim News Agency and allegedly provides details about locations frequently visited by Melania Trump in New York City.

According to reports, the footage references shopping locations, discusses potential attack methods and identifies members of her security and personal staff. It also includes threatening remarks directed at Barron Trump, the youngest son of US President Donald Trump.
