So today we have brought for you an easy and wonderful recipe of Gulab Jamun ice cream, which you can make very easily at home.

Ingredients
Gulab Jamun – 6–8
Cream (full fat Amul cream or homemade malai) – 1 cup
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup (boiled and cooled)
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Some strands of saffron
Rose water – 1 tsp
Dry fruits – finely chopped

Method
To make Gulab Jamun ice cream, first of all, if there are leftover Gulab Jamuns, squeeze them lightly so that there is not much syrup. Then cut them into small pieces.
Now in a mixing bowl, beat the cream, condensed milk and milk well until you get a smooth texture.
Add cardamom powder, saffron threads and rose water to it. This will give a special desi touch to the ice cream.

Add chopped Gulab Jamun pieces to this mixture and mix gently. If you want, save some pieces for garnishing.

Put this mixture in an airtight container and keep it in the freezer for 6–8 hours or overnight to freeze. Let it soften a little before serving, then serve Gulab Jamun ice cream by adding Gulab Jamun pieces and dry fruits on top.
