Microwave
This is also being used extensively these days for cooking. Nutrients are rapidly destroyed by cooking in these pans. People often heat food in microwaves using special containers. This releases chemicals into the food, causing food spoilage. This is not good for health.

Deep Frying and Air Frying
Most deep-fried foods are considered unhealthy due to their high fat content, but we tend to forget about the cooking method. For example, air-frying foods has become a trend these days because it uses less oil. However, unlike traditional deep-frying, air fryers use hot air to cook them.

This causes some oils to produce trans fats, which are more harmful to our health. Cooking in air fryers is also uneven, resulting in undercooking or overcooking of certain parts.

Grilling
This cooking method is becoming increasingly common these days. Grilling chicken or fish at high temperatures releases harmful compounds like heterocyclic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which can cause serious illnesses.

Non-stick pans
Cooking in these pans is easy, but not a healthy method. Non-stick pans are coated with Teflon, and heating them or using a metal spatula on them releases toxic fumes and particles.
