So let's know its easy recipe.
Ingredients
For Bread Pakora
Bread Slices – 6 (White or Brown)
Schezwan Chutney – 3 Tablespoons
Boiled Potatoes – 2 (Medium Size)
Green Chili – 1 finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons chopped
Salt – according to taste
Red Chili Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Chat Masala – ½ Teaspoon
For Batter
Gram Flour – 1 Cup
Celery – ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric – ¼ Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Salt – according to taste
Water – as required
Oil – for frying
Method:
1-First of all mash the boiled potatoes. Add green chili, coriander leaves, red chili powder, salt and chaat masala to it. Mix well – your stuffing is ready.
2-Take a slice of bread, apply Schezwan chutney on it.
Then spread some potato mixture on it. Place another bread slice on top and press lightly. Prepare all the bread sandwiches in the same way and cut them into triangular shapes.
3-Mix turmeric, red chili, salt and celery in gram flour. Add water and prepare a batter that is neither too thin nor too thick.
4-Heat oil in a pan. Dip the bread pieces in the gram flour solution and put them in hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy from both sides. Take them out on tissue paper so that excess oil is removed.
5-Serve hot Schezwan bread pakoras with green chutney or tomato ketchup. If you want, you can also sprinkle chaat masala on top.
