Dr. Mamata Dighe completed her medical education at the prestigious Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai. She has been practising medicine since 1992. She was among the first three doctors in India to receive a fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and, in 2003, earned the prestigious FNB (Fellow of National Board) qualification in Reproductive Medicine from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. She is among India's board-certified specialists in Reproductive Medicine.

Early in her career, Dr. Mamata Dighe established the IVF Department at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Pune, where she successfully led the department for several years. Building on this extensive experience, she later founded Xenith Advanced Fertility Centre, which has grown into one of the most trusted fertility centres in Pune and the PCMC region.

Xenith Advanced Fertility Centre offers a comprehensive range of advanced fertility treatments, including IVF, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET), Blastocyst Transfer, Egg Freezing, and advanced treatments for male infertility such as Andrology and Micro-TESE.
